Pulsar NS160 2023 – Ride Review   Starting from the heart of the bike the engine, you have two methods to run it, self-start and use a kicker. Which runs at 9000 rpm and generates a peak power of 12.7kW (17.2 HP) and a maximum torque of 14.6Nm @ 7250rpm. Being an oil and air-cooled engine, its mid-range performance is above average, which makes this bike to cruise easier in highways at around 80kmph and lacks 6th gear on higher rpm even though the engine is capable of putting more power on the gears, but the cruising ability of this gearbox around 25- 30kmph with the maximum gear engaged reminds the KTM Dukes. The maximum speed attained is 115kmph at 9100rpm and the engine redlines there. When comes to city commuting, its perimeter frame which holds everything in position makes it easy to navigate through dense traffics and doesn’t ask much effort from the rider.
