Pulsar NS160 2023 – Ride Review   Starting from the heart of the bike the engine, you have two methods to run it, self-start and use a kicker. Which runs at 9000 rpm and generates a peak power of 12.7kW (17.2 HP) and a maximum torque of 14.6Nm @ 7250rpm. Being an oil and air-cooled engine, its mid-range performance is above average, which makes this bike to cruise easier in highways at around 80kmph and lacks 6th gear on higher rpm even though the engine is capable of putting more power on the gears, but the cruising ability of this gearbox around 25- 30kmph with the maximum gear engaged reminds the KTM Dukes. The maximum speed attained is 115kmph at 9100rpm and the engine redlines there. When comes to city commuting, its perimeter frame which holds everything in position makes it easy to navigate through dense traffics and doesn’t ask much effort from the rider. Glides through the corners like a pro with the help of this frame and it makes both city and highway rides effortless an...

THE KTM DUKE 200 BS-VI RIDE REVIEW: The all-new BS VI 2023 updated KTM Duke 200 has a more well-refined engine that churns out 25 Hp@10000 rpm and 19.3 Nm torque @8000 rpm by its 200cc single cylinder liquid cooled engine. We came to- know that even if the engine figures are the same as before but the characteristics aren’t. It's low-end performance and low vibrations and power delivery at the maximum rpm limits raised our eyebrow’s a bit. On both road and off roads these suspensions, USD on the front with 43mm dia. and mono-shock at therear (10 steps adjustable) perform well at every pothole and uneven terrain and this suspension setup is also tuned for track too. With the low ground clearance of 155mm, these suspensions are a bit stiff to prevent any hit on the roads. Also, unable to feel any discomfort on the long tours and congested city traffics on the stop-and-go situations. The split trellis steel frame ensures great stability and manoeuvrability on roads with the highest ce...

Royal Enfield Hunter 350 - Ride Review

Royal En-field Hunter 350 Ride-Review: The Royal Enfield’s new Hunter 350, a retro motorcycle comes with 3 trims as Hunter Retro, Metro and Metro Rebel. Notably, there are no big downsides to degrading the Retro trim with the Metro trim except tubeless tyres with alloy wheels and a dual-channel ABS and a few minor lavishes as LEDs and rotary switches with the Retro trim has. Other than this the majors are the same. At the heart of the bike, I t produces 20HP at 6100 rpm of maximum power and 27Nm of maximum torque at 4000 rpm with the 349cc air cooled fuel injected long stroke J-engine which is adequate for long rides and more for daily commutes. Also, it will be a great pleasure to ride it on its mid-range rpm where you can feel the refinement of the J-engine is less vibe than ever before to get relief of higher fatigue. The twin downtube spine frame offers more rigidity and a lower centre of gravity which makes navigation easier than before, it may be stop-go-stop traffic or on the mo...

KTM Duke 250 - The power packed performer

Image
KTM is always impressive with their engine power delivery, and this 250cc liquid cooled engine offers a maximum power of 30Hp and 24Nm torque. The next level engine performance makes this beast as best in the 250cc segment. Riding through the traffic and on the long rides this bike offers a very good handling. When you try to find out any difficulties or discomfort, it is not possible in this bike except seat comfort. The performance of the engine makes that you are the king of roads but the engine heat and radiator noise reminds you that nothing is 100% perfect. For short and medium height riders this bike’s throne needs some extra effort to get on and a bit heavier and difficult to navigate through limited spaces. The suspension absorbs maximum of shocks and performs well on little bumps and potholes on your way. The radial tyres offering excellent cornering ability and good grip with the road. The LED unit at the front portion and the premium graphics of the bike gives an ag...
